Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Connect. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Connect.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Beezifi Inc. ("Beezifi," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates the Connect platform, available at connect.beezifi.com and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Connect in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Connect. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement;
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
- You have not previously been banned from Connect for violations of these Terms;
- Your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certain features — including the Advertiser Portal and access to age-restricted communities — may require you to be 18 years of age or older.
3. Accounts & Registration
Creating an Account
To access most features of Connect, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@beezifi.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
One Account Per Person
You may not maintain more than one personal account. Creating accounts to evade a suspension or ban, to harass other users, or to circumvent any of our policies is prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.
Username
Usernames are unique identifiers on Connect. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove usernames that impersonate others, violate trademarks, or have been inactive for an extended period.
4. Your Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display on or through Connect ("User Content"), including posts, comments, images, and messages.
License to Connect
By submitting User Content, you grant Beezifi Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except to the extent your content has been shared by others and they have not deleted it.
Your Representations
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not:
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
- Contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Contain personal information of others shared without their consent.
Content Removal
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Community Conduct
Connect is built for meaningful conversation. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass or harm others — including threats, bullying, targeted abuse, doxxing, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Post prohibited content — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate images, or content that facilitates real-world violence;
- Spam — including unsolicited bulk messages, misleading links, or repetitive low-quality submissions;
- Impersonate — any person, company, or entity, including Connect staff;
- Manipulate the platform — including vote manipulation, artificial engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or using bots or automation without our written consent;
- Distribute malware — including links to phishing pages, malicious software, or deceptive content;
- Violate privacy — by sharing private personal information of others without their explicit consent;
- Interfere with the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping without permission, or disrupting normal platform operation.
Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.
6. Communities & Moderators
Creating a Community
Eligible users may create communities ("Communities") on Connect. As a community creator, you become its founding moderator and take on responsibility for ensuring the community operates in accordance with these Terms and our Content Policy.
Moderator Responsibilities
Moderators are volunteer community leaders. They may set additional rules for their communities, remove content, and ban users from their specific community. Moderators must:
- Enforce Connect's site-wide rules within their community;
- Not use moderator tools to harass, intimidate, or abuse users;
- Not accept payment or other compensation in exchange for moderation actions;
- Maintain reasonable activity levels; inactive communities may be reclaimed.
Our Role
Beezifi is not responsible for moderation decisions made by community moderators. We retain the right to override moderation decisions, remove communities, or intervene when platform-wide rules are violated.
7. Advertising & Advertisers
Connect offers a self-serve Advertiser Portal that allows businesses to run ad campaigns targeting communities on the platform. If you use the Advertiser Portal, the following additional terms apply:
Advertiser Accounts
Advertiser accounts require a verified business identity. You are responsible for all campaigns run under your advertiser account and all associated charges.
Ad Content Policy
All ad creatives must comply with our Ad Content Policy. Prohibited ad content includes deceptive claims, adult content, illegal products or services, and content targeting minors. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates our policies without refund.
Billing & Payments
Ad spend is charged against your prepaid wallet balance. Deposits are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Beezifi is not responsible for unauthorized charges resulting from compromised advertiser account credentials.
Ad Performance
We do not guarantee specific results (impressions, clicks, conversions) from advertising campaigns. Reported metrics are provided in good faith but may differ from third-party measurement tools.
8. Intellectual Property
The Connect platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and all content created by Beezifi, is owned by Beezifi Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to use Beezifi's trademarks, trade names, or branding without our express prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the Service without explicit written permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or authorized open-source licenses.
9. DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on Connect infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on Connect; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
We will process valid takedown notices in accordance with applicable law. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service. By using Connect, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of User Content. Reliance on any content posted by users is at your own risk.
Connect is a platform for user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for opinions, advice, statements, or other content submitted by users.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEZIFI INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BEEZIFI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BEEZIFI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent; we cannot recover deleted accounts or their associated content.
By Beezifi
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, illegal activity, extended inactivity, or actions that harm the platform or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at legal@beezifi.com to attempt an informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute related to these Terms or the Service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the platform, sending an email to your registered address, or both, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Connect after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
